Payroll Specialist – Homebased
Opportunity:
Are you currently working in payroll? Does your experience include dealing with the day to day payroll enquiries and implementing new changes to improve the payroll processes? Looking for a contract role based working from home? Yes then this is the role for you!
Your role as a Payroll Specialist based working from home will involve dealing with all payroll related enquiries from internal and external customers and aiding the day-to-day payroll processes. You will ensure compliance with all statutory legislation as well as relevant company policies.
A major part of the role is assessing the current payroll processes and related documentation, helping to implement appropriate changes to achieve an efficient payroll environment.
You will be responsible for the production, review and distribution of payroll reports. To maintain data integrity between payroll records and associated systems.
This is a 6 months contract which will be reviewed for a possible extension or go permanent but this is dependent on the candidate and business performance. The PAYE rate is £17.00 per hour.
The role is based working from home and to attend site as and when required. Only for the first 1 to 2 weeks you will be on site at Swindon to complete the training and induction.
Skills:

Payroll experience backed with a relevant degree.
Office 365 experience with excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel.
