Morris Sinclair are excited to be representing an established Managed Services Provider in West Lothian. The client are a small and close knit team that support a pool of existing clients across Scotland and further afield.
This is an opportunity where you get to see your results first hand and see the impact that you make with each ticket and project you complete. You will be given the opportunity to work alongside more junior members to develop and mentor, as well as more experienced engineers to allow for development of your own skillset.
Responsibilities:
- Experience working with a variety of clients from various sectors, troubleshooting technical problems and delivering projects.
- Mentoring more junior members of the close knit team.
- Experience working with Office 365, SharePoint
- Strong understanding of Operating Systems…. Windows, Macs, Linux
- Understanding of networking concepts and technologies
- Experience of working with Servers, Virtualisation.
