An Educational Organisation are looking for an Interim HR Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle. The role is based in London for an initial 6 months, with an immediate start.

An Interim HR Manager to:

  • Oversee all aspects of HR in the full employee lifecycle, including: recruitment, performance management, career development, employee relations and compliance
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Lead all recruitment activity for the organisation and manage the process from writing job descriptions through to interviews and onboarding
  • Ensure compliance checks are made for all staff
  • Provide guidance and advice to all employees on a range of HR matters
  • Prepare monthly payroll, working closely with finance
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Support current and future business needs
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout

Profile

An Interim HR Manager with:

  • Experience working in an education or not-for-profit environment
  • Line management experience
  • Available to start immediately
  • French speaking desirable
