A great opportunity to join a leading purchase intelligence and incentives platform as a Customer Analyst
THE COMPANY
The business is an industry-leading purchase intelligence and incentives platform specialised in helping its clients understand and incentivize customers through their bank’s digital reward programs.
Joining the business, a Customer Analyst, you will be a part of their advertiser analytics team which is responsible for custom analytics and reporting for clients on the platform. Alongside collaboration with the Sales and Client Success teams, they are also responsible for providing consultancy and analytical support on the planning, optimisation and evaluation of targeted campaigns – as well as bespoke insights that strengthen client partnerships.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working on campaign and programme forecasting, evaluation, and enhancement
- Designing and developing new analytical approaches and products
- Identifying new opportunities to realise additional value with clients via leverage of data and analytics
- Accurately managing workload across multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time
- Liasing with internal and external stakeholders across the business
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience in SQL
- Proven track-record in post campaign analysis, tracking and insights
- Good stakeholder management skills
