What’s on offer?
The salary for the Sales Executive roles includes a basic of up to £30k plus uncapped commission (opportunity to earn c£60k OTE). Key responsibilities as a Sales Executive include:
Growing the client base in active territories
Consultative selling to key UK industries
Researching companies and key contacts
Developing strong product and market knowledge
Prospecting, arranging and attending sales meetings
Demonstrating the value of the service to clients at all levels
Maintaining databases and records
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment (ideally 2 years+)
Impeccable communication skills
Ability to communicate and build relationships with clients over the phone and in-person
Proven focus and drive on achieving and surpassing goals and targets
Ambition to succeed and be part of an evolving and expanding company
Desire to be part of something special and make it happen
A quick, agile mind with a sense of urgency
Ability to assimilate information quickly
Motivated, enthusiastic and tenacious nature
PC literate – previous experience of CRM systems is highly beneficial
