In this role you will work within the Contracts and Partnership team to deliver excellent and profitable account management across established contracts and new customers, across Corporate and, Education and English Council Customers.

Duties:

  • Build strong relationships with partners, and oversee all aspects of account administration, order processing, stock liaison
  • As the first point of contact, or new and existing partners promptly, ensuring appropriate resolution of any arising issues
  • Secure and maintain accounts with corporates nationwide, emphasising the social impact of the brand
  • Formulate proposals for the distribution of products
  • Responsible for management of tendering and informal procurement, including the writing and submissions of tender bids
  • Coordinate and participate at trade shows and prospect partner presentations and pitches when required,
  • Provide strategic perspective of expanding markets as part of the Senior Leadership Team

All about you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role – Account/Client Management or Sales
  • A passion for people and working for a social enterprise
  • Ability to develop and build strong relationships.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence external stakeholders.
  • Customer focused & can-do attitude, continually striving to deliver excellent customer service
  • Must be data driven & numerate with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Must be highly organised and self-motivated
  • High levels of presentation, written and verbal communications skills
  • Happy to travel to industry events or business events where applicable

This role will initially be remote while the company set up their London office. They already have an office in Edinburgh but due to rapid growth and success are looking to open a London office. This should be in place in the next few months.
