We have partnered with a fantastic professional services company in West London who are looking for a experienced HR Manager to head up the HR department and deliver on all operations across the business.
This role requires someone with the skills to enhance the HR operations, work towards improving team performance and support the successful growth of the company.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
Working with management across the business to support people initiatives focussing on employee engagement
Deliver on rewards, ED&I awareness and L&D projects
Support HR strategies to support business targets
Advise and coach leaders/ managers on Employee Relations and escalations
Our client is looking for:
Strong HR Management experience
Proven experience in Employee Relations, ED&I and L&D
Well versed in planning and delivery of HR strategies
