Customer Service Advisors required to join a financial services organisation in Birmingham!
This company is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding contact centre department. As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients.
You will be required to work in office, initially full-time for training and then 3 days per week (on a rotating basis).
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
– Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products and services
– Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
– Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Key Skills & Experience:
– Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial institution
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
