I am seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join my client in daily in the office in Bournemouth. The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and will play a key role in managing a variety of human resources functions. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively balance multiple HR tasks and initiatives.
Day-to-day of the role:
Provide support and guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Assist in the administration of benefits, payroll, and other HR programs.
Participate in HR projects, such as job evaluations and salary reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
