Sales and Lettings Negotiator / Dual Estate Agent

The team are an independent estate agency with a warm, family-oriented atmosphere, based in the busy community of Loughton. The team are passionate about providing exceptional service to both their clients and the community that they are within. As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in their agency, working closely with vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants to facilitate successful property transactions. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with ideally at least 6 months of experience as either a Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator to further develop their skills and knowledge in both sides of the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for vendors, purchasers, landlords, and tenants, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales and letting process.
  • Viewings: Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants, showcasing properties in their best light and providing insightful information.
  • Market Appraisals: Schedule and coordinate market appraisal appointments (valuations) with potential clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth, contributing to the expansion of our market share.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads and business opportunities through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in the real estate industry, either as a Lettings Negotiator or Sales Negotiator or potentially administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and a results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • A proactive approach to learning and development, with a keen interest in expanding knowledge within the property sector.
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle is preferred, with the potential use of a pool car if needed.
