We are delighted to be recruiting for a nationally recognised firm of Financial Advisers who are looking to expand their Adviser Support team based in Wakefield.

The successful candidate will have direct contact with the companies’ clients and be working closely with the Financial Adviser so we are looking for someone who is confident on the phone and who also has excellent attention to detail.

Some duties include:

  • Preparing meeting packs for client meetings
  • Diary management and booking appointments
  • Liaising with clients, providers and other 3rd parties
  • Dealing with post meeting paperwork
  • Updating client details on the back office system

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Working to high levels of accuracy
  • Extremely professional attitude
  • Experience in telesales or appointment making desirable, but this is not a sales role
  • Experience working in an office is essential – ideally in a financial planning environment.
