Location: Based in and around the Manchester area but may be visiting service users in Wigan once a week.
Essential Requirements:
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (driving expenses available).
- Must have experience as a Housing Officer or similar.
- knowledge on housing, benefits and referrals to local authorities.
Type of role: Homelessness project to tackle the route cause homelessness and help service users get into a routine and potentially back into employment. Every case is different some service users may struggle with their mental health or have trauma they struggle with. Supporting the service users in any way they can handle finding ways to be helpful and show initiative by finding ways to make life just a little bit better for the service users.
