Hanto are excited to be working with a multiple award-winning marketing agency. They are on the lookout for a Digital Account Manager to join their team.
THE COMPANY
Our client has been established in the Digital Marketing industry for over 30 years, during which they’ve garnered immense expertise and expanded significantly. Due to this, they’re in the process of expanding their team with an addition of an experienced Digital Project Manager to accommodate the growth.
THE ROLE OF AN DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
- Assist in managing multiple client accounts effectively.
- Collaborate with senior teams to establish development strategies for client accounts.
- Proactively nurture and expand client relationships, fostering loyalty.
- Regularly communicate service status updates to senior teams and clients.
- You will report support service status to their senior team and to clients on a regular basis.
THE REQUIREMENTS OF AN DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
- Hands on experience with website builds.
- E-commerce experience.
- Previous client services or project management experience.
