Summary:
Our client is the first commercialised Peer-to-Peer energy exchange in the UK which connect renewable generators to corporate and domestic consumers ? delivering higher margins to generators, saving on energy bills and 100% tracible NetZero to their customers. They are looking for a Billing Analyst to validate, process and deliver invoices for allocated customers within agreed SLAs delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities:
- Create and Maintain customer accounts.
- Raising invoices and credit notes.
- Effectively resolve customer billing queries through various inbound channels.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure the accurate recording of data within company databases.
- Working within SLA?s to ensure a timely response to customers.
Skills and experience required:
- Minium of 2 years energy experience in particular billing validation and invoicing.
- Ideally knowledge of pass-through charges which include DUoS (distribution & network charges) TNUoS (transmission network use) BSUoS (cost of supply and demand).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in excel and able analyse complex data sets.
- Strong customer services skills.
- Good communication skills are essential and must be able to work with their own initiative.
- Able to adapt to using non-standard systems, standalone databases, and bespoke packages.
