Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Change Coordinator to join our client’s inclusive and collaborative team. This full-time Communications Officer / Change Coordinator role is based onsite in Solihull and offers an umbrella contract rate of £457.60 per day, inside IR35.
The Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (iERP) programme aims to completely transform how the company operates to manage its materials from idea to product. They have a clear vision to deliver a unified end-to-end process and toolset with connected, traceable data throughout all functions. By enabling employees to provide always live data and dashboards, they will allow full focus on true value creation.
During your first few weeks in this Change Coordinator role, you can expect to take on some of the following:
- Create and deliver the business change elements for design, development and deployment frameworks
- Define, engage and align stakeholders in preparation for deployment
- Ensure clear communication plans are executed on time
- Host communication events across our sites
- Demonstrate excellent business behaviours, including team working
- Collaborate with Business Process, Testing, Training and Comms teams for the capability being deployed
