As a experienced motion designer, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at adapting to stringent brand guidelines with finesse. Your confidence will shine through as you collaborate directly with clients, ensuring their vision is not just met but exceeded.

Hybrid working (1 day in Surrey and 1 day in London)
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A robust portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of motion design principles and aesthetics.
* Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects. (Having 3D knowledge is a bonus – Cinema 4D, Blender etc)
* A track record of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to team members and clients alike.
* A history of boundary-pushing work that demonstrates a flair for experimentation and innovation.
* Confident to present to clients.
