Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Management Accountant to assist them for 7 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:
- Ensure the accurate posting and reporting of revenue, deferred revenue, aged receivables, cash and accruals.
- Assist with month-close processes
- Adherence to SOX controls, ensuring all work is appropriately documented for audit purposes
- Assist with audit requests
- Work closely with the order management team, reviewing customer contracts ahead of generating billing and recognising revenue
- Manage customer transactions from billing to collections
- Generate, review and send invoices directly to customers
- Resolve any late payment or customer billing issues
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date aged receivable ledger and provide regular summary reports to the Commercial Finance Manager
- Ensure invoices, credit notes and associated billing schedules are correctly reported in our financial system
- Adheres to the highest moral, ethical and legal standards to deliver an environment that promotes respect, innovation and creativity

Profile:
The successful a temporary Part Qualified Management Accountant will have experience within a similar role and have a solid understanding of revenue recognition. You ideally would have exposure to billings and it would be desirable to have an understanding of US GAAP.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.
