Position: Behaviour Mentor

Location: Ashton-Under-Lyne

Focus: Working across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) – Behaviour Management

Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing behaviour management strategies in classroom settings.
  • Providing one-on-one support to students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement individualised behaviour plans.
  • Monitoring and tracking student progress in behaviour management.
  • Liaising with parents and caregivers to provide feedback and support.
  • Contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive school culture.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students.
