Growing SME in Pontefract with a projected t/o of £20m in 2024 is looking to appoint a finance manager to support the Financial Director.
The business is going through growth and the aim is to improve systems, automate processes and improve controls; the newly appointed finance manager will be key to this as well as managing the finance team.
The role will include;
- Responsibility for the production of monthly management and KPIs
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Financial analysis and profitability reporting of projects
- Identify and deliver efficiencies and process improvements.
- Prepare monthly cashflow forecasting and annual budgets.
- Build and manage a strong finance team.
- Calculation and submission of VAT, CIS and PAYE payments to HMRC.
- Support the year end process and be a point of contact for the external accountants.
Hybrid working is on offer with 2 days WFH.
