Customer Service Administrator required on an ongoing temporary basis to start asap for a client in Guildford, Surrey.
This role will be looking after a busy in-box, responding to enquiries, calling students in response to incoming enquiries or covering the incoming lines and responding to queries over the phone. You’ll need to be computer literate and have great attention to detail as you’ll be using 3 x systems as well as being a clear, confident communicator.
