We are working with a creative brand that supplies their design-led products into well-known retailers both here in the UK and beyond. Theyโre a fun, growing team and are on the lookout for an administrator with a can-do attitude and a friendly approach to join them!
You will play a key part in supporting their busy sales team with important administration – helping them with a variety of tasks, from processing orders, to sending samples.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to get into an exciting, creative company where you can really progress and develop.
Your day-to-day in this Administrator role includes:
- Responding to enquiries from both public and trade customers
- Processing trade sales orders (training given)
- Monitoring and managing stock levels
- Assisting with direct website orders
- Maintaining and updating customer records on the CRM system
- Assisting with event planning and trade show organisation as required
- Generally helping the office, sales team and customer orders run smoothly
You will have the following skills & qualities:
- A friendly, positive personality, with excellent social and organisational skills
- Be bright, proactive, a fast learner, and able to use your initiative
- Some previous administration experience is ideal
- A good level of computer literacy
- A great communicator and good listener
- Enthusiasm for your work and a flexible attitude
- Able to prioritise and effectively manage your own workload
- A true team player who wants to work and progress in this fun, dynamic team!
