Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – Freight Industry
Job Summary: On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the freight industry. As a Junior Telesales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of our company. Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within the freight industry.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through effective communication and understanding of their logistics needs.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide information on our freight services, rates, and value propositions to address client inquiries.

Sales Pitch and Presentation:
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our freight services to potential clients.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase the company’s capabilities.

Quotation and Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present freight quotations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to customize proposals based on client requirements.

Follow-Up and Closing:
- Follow up on leads and quotations to convert prospects into customers.
- Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.

Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Provide feedback to the team to enhance our services and stay competitive.

Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the freight and logistics industry is advantageous.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
