1st Line IT Support Technician / Help Desk Support

A leading IP law firm in the City is looking to recruit a 1st line IT support technician/ Help Desk support. This position offers hybrid working 3 days a week in the office 2 days working from home. It reports into the IT Manager.

In this role you will provide 1st line IT support to approximately 150 users within London and other offices. You will be required to deal with IT queries and issues from the lawyers and support staff, escalate complex 2nd and 3rd line issues whilst managing employee expectations. You must have some experience with setting up emails, phones, AV equipment, and general hardware technical support capabilities.

The perfect IT Support Technician will have around a year’s experience working in a busy corporate or professional services environment with a keen eye on first-time fixes. You will be ambitious, keen to grow, and passionate about IT Technology. We are seeking someone with experience of Windows 10 – 1-2 years, Office 365, Microsoft Edge, an understanding of Networking, Anti-virus technology, Windows server and PC/Laptop hardware components

This is a permanent position offering a salary up to £30,000 plus outstanding benefits.
