A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a fast-paced business within the retail sector. This is a true generalist role where you will gain exposure to pretty much everything in HR!
Below is an overview of the key things you will get involved in:
- Advising Managers on all areas of HR – everything from performance and absence through to complex and high-risk cases
- Conducting investigations
- Supporting Managers through change processes such as departmental restructures
- Delivering training material to Managers
- Leading on recruitment and selection
- Managing the onboarding process for new starters
- Supporting with the whole employee lifecycle
- Updating the HR system and producing reports
- Building stakeholder relationships
- Assisting with a variety of HR projects
