Sales Reporting Analyst | Milton Park, Abingdon | £48,000 – £50,000pa plus benefits:
A rapidly expanding consultancy whose work spans a variety of specialist industries including Engineering, Manufacturing, Science & Defence, is looking to recruit a data driven Sales Reporting Analyst. This is an incredibly important role for the business as they embark on a period of exciting growth, and as such they need an experienced Sales Reporting Analyst to provide clear strategic insight into forecasted sales for the Senior Management Team.
On a day-to-day basis, the Sales Reporting Analyst will prepare sales, forecast and margin reports for senior management. You will evaluate sales data to measure success and report on key sales performance indicators. Your reporting and analysis will help identify sales improvements and map key market trends. About you:
The successful Sales Reporting Analyst will need experience in a similar Sales Reporting, Sales Data Analysis, or Sales Forecasting role. Ideally you will have worked in a similar consultancy business, although experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science & Defence would also be acceptable. You will need to be degree educated, ideally within Maths, Science, IT or Engineering. It is vitally important that you have a high level of Microsoft Excel knowledge and you should be used to interrogating and supporting sales CRM’s. In goes without saying but you will need to be incredibly numerate and possess the skills to interpret financial data and margin calculations.
Our client operates hybrid working but you will be expected to be onsite for Senior Management and Sales meetings.
