Support Worker
We are Independence Matters, a provider of adult care services in Norfolk.

We are looking for Part-Time, 20-30 hour per week Support Workers to join our Pine Lodge Respite Service that supports Adult with Learning and Physical Disabilities based in Repps-with-Bastwick.
Please note – due to the location of the service, it may be essential you can drive, and you can get to the service. Please check before applying for the role.
You don’t need experience, we provide full training

The role requires working on a rota that may include early and late shifts, with a range of different shift patterns available, you will work on a rota that will include shifts throughout the week and weekends.
Our customers are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such, duties may include supporting customers to develop independent living skills, socialise, experience a range of activities, and to live a life as independently possible
