Description
You the buyer will identify and source new products that align with consumer trends and company objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to promote products.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Comply with all relevant industry regulations.
Provide insightful feedback and reporting to senior management.
Profile
A successful Buyer should have:
Experience in buying, preferably within the home textile retail industry.
Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office and buying platforms.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
Knowledge of the Home Textiles market and current trends.
