Our client is a global leading Sustainability and Social Value consultancy firm. They ensure critical services are delivered to the people in countries that are most in need & operate in over 150 countries. They also spear head transformational project management that change lives for the better on a global scale.

We are currently working with them to hire an Accounts Payable Assistant on a 6 Month basis, with the possibility of going on longer.

This is a vibrant fast-paced business, they offer excellent benefits including hybrid working (2 days a week in the office).

Reporting into the AP Manager, this role will be responsible with client invoicing and client payable operations;

Responsibilities:

– Inputs invoices from partners, consultants, and vendors.

– Sets up new vendors and consultants in the ERP and verifies new vendor set ups.

– Tracks client subsistence rates and provides monthly report to F&A for data upload

– Supports monthly client invoicing process.

– Inputs timesheets and expense reports as assigned

– Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

– Experience with Accounts Payable

– Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required; prior experience with SAP (Advantageous_

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
