Position Overview:
As a Graduate Language Speaking Tech Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of identifying and connecting with top-tier tech talent who possess linguistic proficiency. Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential tech candidates with language proficiency.
– Engage with candidates through various channels, showcasing excellent communication skills.
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.
– Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective strategies for sourcing and placing tech talent.
Qualifications:
– A recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
– Strong language skills, preferably in multiple languages.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proactive and results-oriented, with a genuine interest in the tech recruitment industry.
– Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
– Must have right to work in the UK (British Citizenship/ Presettled status)

– Competitive base salary of £25,000 per annum, with the potential to earn between £40,000 to £50,000 in the first year through OTE.
