- Lead and manage the social media marketing team
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase online presence and engagement
- Monitor and analyse social media trends and their impact on the brand
- Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content across various social media platforms
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
- Handle social media crises and negative reviews or comments
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations regarding social media use
- Plan and oversee the budget for all social media programmes
