Reed Birmingham is working with a leading UK specialist company with global operations, seeking an outbound Contact Centre Agent to support with their service delivery process, gaining invaluable feedback to further their operational support.

You’ll be trained to be able to obtain feedback from any customer brands in their exciting portfolio. There will be opportunities to work hard and be promoted up the call centre ladder and even apply for roles in our operational offices. This is the perfect role for someone who has ambitions of furthering their customer service skills, having the opportunity to progress through the ranks to achieve lifelong career goals.

Starting salary: £21,940 – Increased after probation!
Location: Birmingham

Working hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours between 8am – 6pm)

HYBRID WORKING – 2 DAYS OFFICE / 3 DAYS FROM HOME

The role:

• Making outbound calls to existing customers to gain feedback from our valued customers.

• Using inhouse systems to log customer feedback.

• Providing excellent service, going above and beyond customer’s expectations on every single call

• Working towards agreed individual and team targets that result in bonuses for strong performance!

The ideal candidate:

• Experience of working in a call centre or an environment where you provide customer service.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Consistent objective achievers against targets

• An ability to make customer decisions quickly and whether to escalate to your senior colleague.
