If so, we have an exciting opportunity to present to you. We are currently representing a highly successful, privately owned Group with a strong global presence. Possessing a high-quality threshold, the Board are seeking to appoint an ambitious, technically astute, qualified Finance professional to join their talented team. Whilst my client operates from modern offices in Kingston Upon Thames, they also offer hybrid working. The business has numerous overseas entities, including Middle East and Australia, and sector interest are SaaS, Brokerage, Data Analytics and Education.
Reporting to a highly capable, supportive, engaging, and dynamic CFO, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* financial auditing and compliance relating to both UK and international financial regulations
* manage the consolidation of financial statements from all global subsidiaries
* oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* provide insightful management information (MI) and analysis
* collaborate with the CFO in preparing information to present to the Board and other key stakeholders
In addition to the above BAU activities, you will have a fantastic opportunity to improve reporting and team output, developing internal processes and controls. Longer-term, you will support the CFO in restructuring the Group, professionalising the business for additional investment activities.
