Impression Recruitment are delighted to be representing a real gem of a business in Wetherby, assisting them in their search for a Customer Service Administrator on a full time permanent basis. Our client was founded with the idea of making a real impact in their industry, breaking boundaries and changing the norms to provide effective solutions across their market. They pride themselves on their record of providing trustworthy services, as well as excellent levels of client care, and are now looking for a dedicated professional to join their client sales support team. You will work efficiently in assisting with the progression and coordination of sales through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept up to date throughout the full process whilst achieving maximum customer satisfaction. You will handle key client documentation, ensuring this is recorded accurately whilst liaising with external parties regarding any queries. If you have experience in either a customer service or administrative role, or a mixture of both, then you could be exactly what our client is looking for!

Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities:

* Provide efficient customer support to clients across an array of topics.
* Communicate effectively with external parties/suppliers.
* Providing pricing details/quotations to clients.
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks throughout sales process.
* Ensure that client documentation has been completed in line with procedures, whilst highlighting any issues to relevant parties.
* Ensure document verification processes are completed effectively.
* When required, chase clients for relevant documentation required.
* Updating management teams on individual sales processes and statuses.
* Distribution of sales information and details between internal and external parties.
* Internal data administration using excel, processing reports when required.
* Deal with any incoming calls to the business.

Skills & Experience Required:

* Quality communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
* Professional and engaging telephone manner.
* Able to manage a busy workload and possess high levels of attention to detail.
* Good problem solving skills.
* MS Office skills and generally good PC capabilities.
* Experience of customer service OR administration duties.

In return the successful candidate will receive a salary of between £20,000 – £24,000 depending on experience, and will have access to some great benefits, including an onsite gym and games areas! This role is working Monday to Thursday 8:30 – 5:30pm and Friday 9am to 5pm.
