URGENT: Immediate Start
We are looking for a new machine operator with an interest in engineering to start a full-time, long-term agency contract within a busy aerospace company in Rugby.
This is a role where you learn how to operate machinery used to coat ceramic products, this will include using microscopes, banding machinery and some screen printing.
There is a strong focus on quality, some of the products are very fiddly and you will have to following strict quality standards.
Its Monday – Friday working initially a day shift of 0730 – 1600 before switching to a rotating early and late shift after 3 weeks.
What experience / skills are we looking for?
To be considered, you need to have some assembly experience, an interest in precision engineering (ideally higher education) and be local to the Rugby area.
This role offers you:
