What you will do
Working as part of the Site Services Team and reporting to the Site Services Manager, you will be responsible for mobilising to locations throughout the UK, predominantly in the South of England for the purpose of commissioning, installation, servicing, and maintenance of a wide range of PAVA products from different manufacturers including ASL, TOA, Baldwin Boxall, Penton etc. Producing highly detailed visitation reports, you will also be the ambassador for JCI when collaborating with the customer. The role is also to support our production and projects departments in whatever capacity is required and that align with your skillset. This role will involve and require a multitasking approach with a ‘can do’ attitude that will add value to our products and customers. This is a home-based position, but you may be required to attend our facility in Nottingham as and when required.

How you will do it
Work together with our Projects department and Site Services Department to understand the requirements prior to mobilising to site.
Carry out pre mortems with Site services manager for all aspects of work to be carried out and identify any issues that may have not been considered during design.
Train customers on our solutions
Create a travel profile for business travel and book all requirements where possible.
