Interim Finance Business Partner
6 month fixed term contract
We are currently seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to drive operational and commercial success, lead a motivated team, and be a key player in financial excellence. This role will be working for a well established company offering a fast paced and forward thinking environment with immediate start required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the internal control environment and balance sheet integrity.
- Support senior stakeholders in informed decision-making across the business
- Drive financial performance optimisation and robust budget forecasting.
- Oversee the site’s capital process and project support.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the finance team to ensure deadlines are met and quality of work is maintained
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE.
- Proven experience in operational or commercial decision support.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team leadership capabilities.
- Proactive, organised, and flexible with a results-driven approach
