Job Purpose
- Manage the Tax provision, heading up the corporate and personal tax teams.
- Work closely with a varied client portfolio, ensuring client expectations and deadlines are being met.
- Lead client liaison including regular meetings, building trusted and long-lasting relationships.
- Support complex Corporate Tax work, including reviewing computations and providing trusted feedback.
- Support personal tax work, including reviewing complex computations.
- Review efficiencies and recommend new processes to improve workflow.
- Confidently network and scope for new business opportunities, as well as identifying new service lines for the existing portfolio.
- Review the work of junior team members, providing supportive mentorship.
- Work closely with senior team members, providing support as needed.

- CTA qualified, or finalist, with varied tax experience within practice.
- Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
- Previous experience building trusted relationships within a client facing role.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and sound organisation skills.
