We have partnered with a company who have multiple entities around the world that fall under Finance / Aviation/ Hospitality. This is a newly created role where the Director is seeking an Executive PA to be the true right-hand support. Alongside side secretarial duties this is also an analytical role where you will be heavily involved in the business so there is room to grow, develop and take on new responsibilities.
This is a very exciting position where you will have the chance to travel and make this your own role.
Duties Include:
- Extensive diary management
- Travel coordination, including itineraries and visa applications
- Booking events for clients managing all logistics if overseas
- Collating presentations / reports
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Data analytics creating reports / presentations
- Analyse reports / portfolios reporting findings
- Minute taking and following up on action points
- Lead projects
- General administration and day-to-day duties
YOU ARE
To be successful in this Executive PA role you will have a Masters degree, be very analytical, able to communicate at all levels and are flexible. You must be confident with analysing data and reporting findings.

Requirements
- 2-4 years working as a PA but also have reporting/ projects experience
- Must have a degree of Masters – ideally Mathematics
- Open to candidates outside the UAE
- This role is working Monday – Friday with half day Saturday
