This role will either be located in London or Newcastle (UK).
Main Responsibilities
Main responsibilities are as follows:
- Input into the requirements that the NRF scheduling system needs to meet.
- Input into the plan to configure, test and roll out the scheduling tool.
- Plan and schedule the users that will be involved in release 3 and release 4 prior to the full deployment.
- Assist placing laptop orders in the Dell portal and updating orders in Dell Tech Direct.
- Produce a high-level migration schedule for the full rollout for review and approval by the PM and the Project Board.
- Create a detailed full rollout migration schedule in the scheduling tool.
- Manage the migration of users to their new device, including the sending of all user-specific comms and responding to all queries arising from these comms.
- Arrange collection of their old device and their delivery to asset management.
- Maintain detailed statistics (scheduled, complete, no shows, returned etc.) and produce weekly management-level reports on progress.
Candidate Profile
- Strong oral and written communication skills and influencing skills to work successfully and confidently at all levels including project and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and priorities their workload effectively.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Highly collaborative with colleagues with a practical delivery and stakeholder focused attitude.
- Actively looks for opportunities to improve delivery practices, presenting proposals and working with others to implement them.
