Job Title: Project Management Executive

Due to growth, Reed Scientific are recruiting for a Project Management Executive for a leading CRO in the Pharma industry. This role is ideal for someone who has at least three years of laboratory experience, who wants to step into a Project Management role.
Responsibilities in the role
The Project Management Executive will be the primary liaison with the client for the duration of the project and beyond. They will define the technical scope of projects and work in close consultation with all parties on pricing, quotation development, and delivery commitment.
They will support the senior project manager and project management team with organisation and administration, monitoring progress against set milestones, managing risk and assisting with reporting requirements.
The Project Management Executive will ensure that project deliverables are established with the client and clearly defined. They will monitor the project set up by preparing project documentation, protocol writing and review, and assessment of any equipment and consumables requirements.
Understand the background of each client project and the intended purpose of the drug.
Resolve technical queries raised both internally and externally during the project lifecycle.
Monitor in-process activities and keeps senior management and stakeholders informed on a regular basis.
Qualifications, experience and skills required
Degree in Chemistry or equivalent with laboratory experience
Proven experience of working in a laboratory within industry
Knowledge of project management principles would be an advantage
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Awareness of cGMP regulations and pharmacopeia to ensure that work carried out by the Company is performed according to these requirements wherever relevant.
