Facilities Manager
Venn Group are supporting an organisation based in Essex with the recruitment of a Facilities Manager to effectively lead soft FM teams

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Hold responsibility for the day to day management of all soft FM including cleaning, security and catering services
- Maintain and analyse weekly rosters, ensuring correct hours are worked
- Ensure audits, inspections and surveys are reported and addressed, providing reports on SLA’s and agreed targets
- Ensure catering services remain compliant with hygiene standard & HACCP
- Monitor all areas for cleanliness and compliance with H & S policies/ legislation
- Complete risk assessments for services alongside reviews on a regular basis
- Act as central point of contact for any issues arising within soft FM services, investigating all issues in a timely manner
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience managing facilities teams within the NHS or healthcare environment
- A full UK driving licence and car (mileage compensated)
- Catering management is desirable but essential
