We are looking for a dynamic and motivated behaviour mentor/ pastoral mentor who is looking to make a difference in education. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and ideally be looking to teach in the near future. You will be working closely with the students with behavioural issues and the senior leadership team.
Experience of working young adults/ Children.
Have an enhanced up to date DBS (Or willing to process one) Ability to engage with and inspire young learners

Role Summary – You’ll be working with students with various behaviour needs that need support on a 121 basis or in small groups. Monitor the corridors to identify students who should be in class. The successful individual will be working with students between the ages of 13-17 and the main aim is to incorporate students back into the classroom, you will need to be able to build a strong rapport with the students, be approachable and patient.
