I am working with a well-established, modern, high-end building specialist with a sleek and impressive portfolio of developments in residential properties.
You’ll be working alongside the HR Manager for a team of specialist contractors, permanent and temporary tradespeople, site managers, as well as office staff.

In this role you will support the full scope of HR responsibilities such as managing HR queries, hiring and recruitment, KPIs, and performance management (appraisals and reviews).

Responsibilities
HR Advisor and supporting the full employee life cycle
Recruit and onboard new hires
Conduct performance management and provide feedback, implementing appraisal systems and structures
Managing payroll across permanent as well as contractors
Supporting the HR strategy and working on HR related projects
Experience
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Experience in Human Resources Management (ideally as a HR Manager or above)
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
