We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our fantastic client in Crewe.

*To be considered you must have at least 1 years experience in an office-based customer service role*

Details & Benefits:

  • Salary: £21,839 + bonuses (up to £100 per month = £23,000 OTE) pro rata
  • 25 days + Bank Holidays pro rata
  • Set hours Monday to Friday either 8AM – 4PM, 9AM – 5PM or 10AM – 6PM, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9AM – 1PM (this is paid additionally at time and a half)

Responsibilities:

  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers and clients
  • Updating customer records, dealing with direct debit enquiries, and printing off documentatio
  • Responding to a multitude of enquiries within necessary deadlines

Full training will be provided on the in-house systems

Requirements:

  • 1 years’ office-based customer service experience
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and meet varying deadlines
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude
