Complaints Officer duties:
- Inbound and Outbound calls, respond to enquiries within target timescales
- Proactively manage a caseload of complaints
- Investigate claims and obtain facts
- Ensure all data is recorded accurately in the database
- Arrange for timely repair or equipment replacement
- Resolve customer complaints
- Analysing data and producing reports
