As a middle leader you are responsible for leading and managing colleagues, leading educational projects, and facilitating effective collaboration of mentors/colleagues in the design, implementation and evaluation of projects, and the implementation and delivery of the Learning Framework; planning and production of resources; leading meetings; delivering training; implementing and reviewing progress meetings; analysing data and outcomes; writing reports and supporting colleagues.

To be suitable for the role of Math Teacher / Middle Leader you must have:
- Academic qualifications in related field, Bachelor’s degree with a PGCE.
- Minimum of five years of teaching experience
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and safeguard confidential information
- Sensitivity in meeting the needs of all students
- Demonstrated leadership with experience in curriculum development and co-curricular programs
- Proficient in IT for productivity purposes and as a tool to facilitate learning in the classroom
