Job Description:
Get ready for a jolly temporary job in a lively Eastbourne store! We’re on the lookout for a cheerful individual to join us from December 26, 2023, to January 9, 2024, plus an extra day for training. This is a part-time role of 24 hours per week, spread over multiple shifts. The ideal applicant for this role will be available Monday to Sunday, you will be allocated shifts that align with the business need. This role offers a pay rate of £10.42 per hour, and you’ll receive a cheery £200 bonus on the completion of the assignment.
*Retention bonus is payable if 100% attendance is achieved and there are no conduct concerns*
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly as they step into the store.
Share info about festive promotions and events.
Help with merry customer inquiries or requests.
Keep the entrance area looking festive and tidy.
Manage the joyful customer flow during busy times.
Keep the store merry and inviting.
Work with the festive team to create a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
Ability to stand and spread joy for a while.
Bonus points for customer service experience.
Stay calm in the joyful hustle and bustle.
Be friendly and approachable.
