Established firm in Essex seeks a solicitor with litigation and family expertise on a full-time basis.
Joining the firms Essex based office, the successful solicitor will work alongside the practices managing director, acting for commercial and individual clients on a broad range of litigation and family matters. Passionate about business development, you will build and maintain client relationships and play a key role in the firms continued success.
Responsibilities
- Breach of contract
- Debt recovery
- TOLATA proceedings
- Financial settlements
- Insolvency
- Landlord and tenant litigation
- Divorce
- Conducting own advocacy as required
- Participating in networking and business development
The Candidate
- A qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE
- Technically proficient in civil and commercial litigation and family
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential
- Personable, pro-active and client-focused
- A team player who is equally comfortable working autonomously
- Strives for high standards in their work
- A genuine desire to undertake business development and networking
