M365 Cyber Security Engineer – £600 – Outside IR35 – WFH
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Engineer for a contract position to enhance our client’s security posture. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the following key areas:
- Q Radar:Proficient in configuration and analysis, ensuring effective threat detection and response.
- Defender for Endpoint: Experienced in management and configuration of Defender for endpoint to safeguard against advanced threats.
- Security Baselining: Capable of establishing and maintaining security baselines to ensure compliance and resilience.
- Sentinel: Skilled in utilizing Sentinel for comprehensive security information and event management.
- Log Aggregation, Enrichment, and Analysis: Proficiency in performing log aggregation, enrichment, and analysis using Sentinel and Defender for Endpoint.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in cyber security engineering roles.
– In-depth knowledge of Q Radar, Defender for Endpoint, Sentinel, and security baselining.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
– Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
