Do you have Regulatory Business Analyst experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in London? Our banking client is seeking a contract Regulatory Business Analyst to support the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) from January 2024.
As a Regulatory Business Analyst, you will work across all six pillars of DORA (ICT Risk Management, ICT related Incident Reporting, Digital Resilience Testing, Information Sharing, ICT Third Party Risk and General Governance Principles).
In your first few weeks in this Regulatory Cyber Security Business Analyst role, you can expect to:
- Conduct gap analysis to allow for an understanding of the scope / size of uplift
- Design potential solutions to any problems identified during the gap analysis phase across all workstreams
- Oversee the implementation of approved process improvements
- Prepare and deliver reports of findings to leadership with risk and impact assessments
- Support branches and entities throughout the transition process
- Contribute to the deployment plan and appropriate rollback plan, working with workstream leads and project managers.
To apply for this Regulatory Business Analyst role, you will have 5+ years of experience supporting financial institutions to deliver regulatory initiatives in the capacity of a Business Analyst, as well as;
- Demonstrable evidence of working on similar operational resilience projects or regulatory compliance programmes within the financial sector
- Knowledge and general understanding of EU DORA
- Knowledge of Resilience Testing processes and controls
- Knowledge of EBA outsourcing guidelines, PRA SS2/21 (outsourcing and TPRM), ESMA Guidelines on outsourcing to cloud service providers and UK operational resilience regulatory requirements would be advantageous due to overlap with DORA
